Pay it forward draw to help Proulx family with expenses related to Seb’s cancer

Paying it forward is nothing new for Danielle Latour.  The Iroquois Falls woman has been doing it for the community every Christmas the past few years.  Her latest project is to help young cancer patient Sébastien Proulx.

On her Facebook page, she has posted prizes donated for a draw.

“There’s 47 individual small businesses form town and area, Val Gagné, Matheson, Cochrane that donated, and individuals,” Latour explains.

There are 300 tickets available.

“And then when we’re done selling the tickets, hopefully Seb is well enough, he’ll do the draw, hopefully,” says Latour.

The money raised will help the Proulx family with expenses from driving back and forth to Ottawa for treatment for seven-year-old Seb’s brain cancer.
