Getting more secondary and value-added sectors interested in the Northeast will diversify our job market according to the Green Party’s Max Kennedy. He says infrastructure is needed if natural resources are going to continue producing jobs. He says gaining access to new markets will help jobs both in, and out of the resource sector. Kennedy is running against New Democrat Charlie Angus, the Conservative’s John Curley and Liberal candidate Todd Lever. The 2015 federal election is set for Monday, October 19th.
