Highway 11 just south of Matheson was closed from early morning until mid-afternoon Saturday because of an accident.
OPP were called shortly after 4:30am to the scene of the collision between a transport truck and a car in Bowman Twp. One driver went to hospital with serious injuries, although the OPP news release doesn’t specify which driver. The road was shut down for ten hours to allow for an investigation, which is ongoing.
