UPDATE 12:20pm: PHU now reporting an outbreak at RYAM Lumber in Hearst, composed of two cases so far. My Cochrane Now Dot Com has asked for clarification whether these are pre-existing cases or, in fact, are cases 293 and 294. We will update when that information is received.
The Kapuskasing area continues to be the hotspot for COVID-19 cases in the Porcupine Health Unit region.
It’s reporting a new case between Fauquier and Opasatika today, due to contact with another case.
With it, the running total since arrival of the pandemic is 292 cases.
