Water meters in Cochrane will be installed in all homes by the end of October. Previously only commercial buildings would operate off of meters, with residents paying a flat rate. Jeff Roger from Wambco says installations are moving at pace. Roger says Wambco installers will always be equipped with proper ID as they require access to homes for installation.
