Specifically targeted towards Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, this new program lets the EMS monitor a patient’s condition from a remote site.The Remote Patient Monitoring Program is free and gives patient’s devices, like scales and blood pressure devices, which have Bluetooth.
