NewsCustom Cheese coming to Kapuskasing SHARE ON: Valerie Isaac, staff Monday, Jun. 1st, 2015Fromagerie Kapusksoise is soon going to be producing cheeses. The newly established cheese factory held an open house in Kapuskasing on Saturday and according to cheese maker Francois Nadeau, they will begin production soon.The company is waiting on the final go ahead from the inspectors to be able to purchase the first gallons of milk to begin making cheese. The modern factory is well equipped with state of the art processing and sanitary procedures.The factory will be taking in thousands of gallons of milk from a farm in Hearst and they will also be making goat cheese with milk from local goat farmers.
