At long last the seniors’ building is being built in Cochrane. Recently CGV Builders has signed a lease with the DSSAB to build a modern seniors housing residence in the town. The 32-unit residence will be open for business sometime late this fall. The complex will be designed to expand to 56 units as the need arises. The complex will offer full meals, laundry, housekeeping and attendants for its tenants.
