The Porcupine Health Unit is reporting three new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the total to 42. They’re all in what the health unit calls the “area of Cochrane, Matheson, Iroquois Falls and Smooth Rock Falls”.
A man in his 60s and one in his 30s are in self-isolation. A woman in her 60s is in hospital.
The men were in contact with another confirmed case. Officials are investigating to find out how the woman picked up the virus.
