NewsGrand Chief calling for plan for resources in Gogama SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Tuesday, Mar. 10th, 2015 The Nishnawbe Aksi Nation Grand Chief, Harvey Yesno, is calling on CN and the government to monitor the impacts of two train derailments in Gogama. Both were carrying crude oil, and this weekend’s derailment ended up in the river system. He says they need immediate resources, and is asking for a coordinated plan to get the community what they need. Nickel Belt MP Claude Gravelle mirrors those comments, saying the frequency of accidents is alarming, and the North deserves answers.
