Fentanyl is a high grade pain killer given to patients suffering from serious illnesses. What has been called heroin on steroids, Fentanyl is commonly used as a recreational drug, and has caused a number of overdoses and deaths. Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus sat down with a working group to try and find a solution. They plan to release a series of strategies to raise awareness and limit the street availability.
