It was a packed house for the 2:00pm session at Cochrane’s Event Centre … as hundreds of local residents shared their thoughts and suggestions on how the Polar Bear Habitat might be saved.
The town says it can no longer carry the facility’s four-hundred-thousand-dollar annual deficit.

Mayor Denis Clement and his staff listened quietly and respectfully as about a dozen citizens took turns speaking.
The mayor Clement says council plans to make its decision by December 10th.
Tonight’s open house runs from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.
