A Timmins event has made it into the top 100 festivals and events in Ontario. FEO names their top fests every year, recognizing those that excel in the industry. The Great Canadian Kayak Challenge has cracked the list for a second time. Running in August, the event draws a crowd from across the country to join in on the kayak races. Taking place on the Mattagami River, the kayak fest had races, concerts, and vendors.
