Snowmen sprouted up this morning at the Pre-school/Early Years Centre by the North Eastern Ontario Children and Family Services. The second annual snowman campaign draws attention for the need of foster parent families and volunteers in the area. 
 Snowmen will be popping up in Cochrane next week.
