It’s another blow to the Iroquois Falls economy. It’s the last season for the Abitibi Eskimos in Iroquois Falls. The announcement was made yesterday by Scott Marshall, President of the Abitibi Eskimos Board of Directors. The Eskis will be calling the Mac home after 16 years at the Igloo. It’s largely due to economic factors that the difficult decision was made. The team will start in the fall in their new location.
