The Cochrane Winter Carnival activities continue throughout the day today. Today’s theme is Everyday Superheroes. The Everyday Superheroes today include a hockey tournament with the Old Timers at the Tim Horton Event Centre. Things start at 9 this morning and continue until 4 pm. Then it’s the game everyone has been waiting for the OPP versus the Cochrane Firefighters. The festivities begin at 6:30 tonight with an opportunity to buy a ticket to pie your favourite police officer or firefighter. All the funds raised will be going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
