A 38-year-old Swastika man is charged with impaired driving in connection with that crash that shut down Highway 101 between Val Gagné and Matheson on Monday.
Provincial police say three people were hurt when the man’s pick-up truck hit a farm tractor.
The driver lost his licence for 90 days, had his truck impounded for a week, and goes to court in Timmins next month.
