The new Miss Chimo is Emma Blanchard. She was one of 16 hopefuls vying for the title at the pageant held on Friday night. The rest of the royal court is 1st Lady in Waiting, Taylor Levesque, 2nd Lady in Waiting, Bethany Langlois and Miss Congeniality is Carly Demers. Congratulations to all the participants. The new royal court won’t have much time to rest up as the Cochrane Winter Carnival kicks off this weekend.
