A four-wheeled service in Iroquois Falls is getting some help from people who prefer two wheels.
Access Transit operates a bus for the elderly and for people who have challenges getting around the Falls. So a loosely organized group of motorcycle riders is planning a fundraiser.
Lynn Gagné says Access Transit is a worthy recipient of the riders’ first fundraising effort.
“They’re not government funded, they’re non-profit. Any money they get is all through donations and fundraising,” she says.

So the plan is for the group to take a ride to New Liskeard and back on Saturday, June 29th.
“We charge $25 for the rider and $10 for the passenger,” Gagné explains. “Then we’ll do a 50-50 draw throughout the ride.”
