Meditation, walking Scrabble at Cochrane Public Library

All the regular programs are available, but the Cochrane Public Library has a few added extras in June for Seniors Month.

Program coordinator Ardis Proulx Chedore says every Monday in June at 7:00pm, there’s meditation for seniors.

“It’s a great time to come in,” she notes. “ If you have something comfy like a mat or a pillow you want to bring with you, that’s great.  It’s held down in our art gallery.

“And then we also have walking Scrabble as part of the Alzheimer’s Walk at the pavilion on the 6th of June and that’s from 4:00pm to 7;00pm, so they can come out and enjoy some walking Scrabble as they support a good cause.”
