Kapuskasing’s Mayor, Alan Spacek says he believes that the Energy East Pipeline Project will be a good thing for the area and for Canada. Spacek says the safety record of the pipeline is better than that of trains or truck transport.
Spacek made his comments in the recent town hall meeting in Kapuskasing.
