NewsDogs in the North to get Homes from Guelph Students SHARE ON: Valerie Isaac, staff Thursday, Jan. 15th, 2015 Students in southern Ontario are helping dogs in northern Ontario and Quebec. Instead of having to brave the elements dogs in the north will be receiving shelter from students and Habitat for Humanity in Guelph. Many dogs in the far north live outside year-round and this is a way that students can help out by providing shelter for them. Even Home Depot has helped out with the costs of building materials and transportation.
