OPP policing costs are on the minds of councils across the northeast this month. At last night’s Kapuskasing council Sergeant Pam Ford was explaining the difference in the policing costs and what changes are going to be taking place. Not only is Kapuskasking council working to get a grip on the new proposals from the OPP’s costing is the way to go, but the public is also trying to understand the presentation. Regardless of how things work out the deadline to select a version of policing and costing has to be decided by the end of the month.
