Kapuskasing OPP believes that a missing woman from the town has likely drowned. 76-year-old Beverly Green went missing while cross-country skiing more than a week ago. The OPP says that she might have fallen through the ice on the Kapuskasing River. Specialized teams were brought in to search for Green but the search was suspended last week after an intensive search. It’s expected that the search will resume once the weather warms up.
