Mariana’s Trench Plays for the Third Time in Two Years in the Region

Canadian pop stars made their way to Northern Ontario for the third time in two years.

Mariana’s Trench headlined last night’s Stars and Thunder concert, drawing in thousands of people. The band also came to Timmins last winter and performed in Smooth Rock Falls last summer.

Guitarist Matt Webb says when he gets to the Timmins airport, he says he gets a small case of deja vu.

There were fans in the audience who traveled from Virginia and Texas to see this show. Lead Singer Josh Ramsay says it’s incredible to see fans travel long distances to see a show.

Mariana’s Trench says Northern Ontario is an incredible place and they look forward to performing in the region.
