The firework competition is now underway at Stars and thunder 2018.
Organizers say there is more that goes into a competition than meets the eye. John Curley says this year there are three secret judges that will be looking at the different countries colours, audience reaction, musicality and how they highlight themselves.
Curley says the judges are being kept a secret so they can’t be influenced. This year Team Finland, Brazil and China are competing in the international competition.
Curley says the winners of the competition will go home with a a plaque and ultimate bragging rights. He says they will combine the judges scores and reveal the winner at after the fireworks are done on Thursday night.
