Your kids can get rewarded this summer for reading.
The Cochrane Public Library is hosting its Summer Reading Club again this summer to help keeps improve their reading skills throughout the summer. The library says studies show that students who don’t actively read do loose some of their skills over the summer.
It says this summer kids can log their reading minutes for prizes. The library says it is looking for kids to log atleast 20 minutes a day.
The club is open for kids between that ages at three and 13. You can sign up your kids at the library.
