You got colourful this weekend to support Brain Month.
The Seizure and Brain Injury Centre says the Colour it Up run was a huge success, with about 300 people walking or running around Gillies Lake in Timmins while being blasted by coloured chalk and water. Executive Director Rhonda Latendresse says the support from the community is overwhelming.
Latendresse says the centre has a variety of programs to help people in the region with seizure and brain injuries.Â
She says all the money raised at the event will support all of these programs. Latendresse says because of all the support and success, the centre will hold the run once again next year.
