A Smooth Rock Falls man has been arrested for a series of thefts.
The James Bay Detachments of the OPP were investigating a string of thefts in Smooth Rock Falls and have now made the arrest of a local man.
On May 3rd around 2:00am along Highway 634 the OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit tracked down the 42-year-old Smooth Rock Falls man.
The man is being arrested on 16 charges; including three counts of breaking and entering, two charges of theft and one count of possession of stolen property.
Currently, the OPP say the investigation is still ongoing.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Cochrane court on May 4th.
