Cochrane is challenging its residents to assist one another in cleaning things up around town.
The town is asking community members to join them for the Cochrane Clean-Up Challenge.
The municipality is asking people to volunteer their time and trucks along with helping friends, family or co-workers by assisting in cleaning the neighbourhood.
The town states it will not be providing roadside service, but its Public Works yard will be made available for residents to dispose of spring waste.

Tires, electronics and household batteries may be recycled but no commercial or industrial waste will be accepted.
The service will start on May 22nd and run until May 27th between the hours of 12:00pm and 8:00pm.
