Smooth Rock Falls is alerting residents they will have roughly one week to dispose of spring waste.
The town released a statement online alerting residents that Public Works will be collecting spring cleanup waste at curbside for one week at the end of May.
Residents are allowed to leave a maximum of one pickup truck worth of materials for free disposal by the town.
The town asks that materials be sorted into groups such as wood, tires, steel and electronics and they note that no fridges, freezers or refrigerated appliances will be picked up.
The collection will take place from May 28th through June 1st.
