A Cochrane man is one of two men being arrested and charged for possession of illegal substances.
The Superior East Detachment of the OPP around 1:25pm Tuesday was conducting R.I.D.E checks along Highway 17 near White River.
They stopped a vehicle with two men; during the stop police seized methamphetamine pills, cannabis resin, marijuana and pot paraphernalia.
As a result a 23-year-old Cochrane man has been charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance

Also a 30-year-old Temiskaming Shores man has been charged on four counts of possessing a controlled substance.
The accused are set to appear in Wawa court on June 11th.
