The OPP are investigating a snowmobile collision just north of Cochrane that has left one man in hospital.

Members of the James Bay Detachments of the OPP were alerted on March 10th around 3:30pm of a collision on the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs Trail 103 just north of Cochrane.

Officers arrived to find the 53-year-old driver from North Perth hurt, but with non-life threatening injuries, where he was transported to hospital.

Police are asking snowmobilers using OFSC trails to still be attentive at all times, and if you’re venturing into unknown territory, slow down and keep a safe distance from other riders.
