A former Smooth Rock Falls resident will headline the La Salon Du Livre in Sudbury this year.
Author and Playwright Michel Ouellette, also a former resident of Kapuskasing and one of the biggest names in Ontario French theatre and literature, will be a major feature of the festival.
Ouellette, who has been writing for over 30 years, and has produced over 40 literary works, currently lives in Gatineau, Quebec.
He is making the travel to the Sudbury a year after being the guest of honour at the 2017 Ottawa Book Fair.

Ouellette has also been awarded the Governor General’s Literary Award for a play of his titled, ‘French Town’.
La Salon Du Livre takes place from May 9th through 12th in Sudbury.
