This evening in Cochrane it’s the Torch Light Parade.  Participants will be walking to the peninsula from east and west, ultimately joining their flames together at a massive bonfire behind the new pavilion.  The bonfire is comprised of old Christmas trees recently collected by the town and is, to our knowledge, the largest fire of its kind in Northern Ontario.  The torchlight parade and bonfire remains one of the best attended events of Carnival.  Go HERE for details.
