Damage to an access gate in Iroquois Falls has the OPP investigating.
The Iroquois Falls Detachment of the OPP were alerted of the damage at the trestle bridge on Northwest Industrial Road in Iroquois Falls around 10:00pm on February 2nd.
Police investigation has led to the arrest of a 35-year-old Tweed resident on one charge of mischief.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Timmins court on March 27th.
