Marc-Andre Bernier, Chief Underwater Archaeologist for Parks Canada, says now the work begins on the HMS Erebus. The archaeologist spoke with Moose FM yesterday and said now that the ship has been positively identified; the work begins on finding out what happened to Franklin and his expedition. The Kapuskasing native says this discovery is the best thing that has happened to him in his 25 years with Parks Canada.
