(MLS) Toronto FC coach Greg Vanney.was named CONCACAF coach of the year yesterday to add to the MLS top coaching award he already picked up. Vanney led Toronto to the MLS Cup, Canadian Championship and Supporters’ Shield after a record 69-point regular season.
