The OPP have made the arrest of a Cochrane man on charges of child pornography.
Police have made the arrest following a six month long investigation from the James Bay Detachment of the OPP.
Officers this past week on November 29th executed search warrants at a Cochrane residence and at a hotel in Timmins, and as a result they seized one computer and several other related items.
Police arrested 27-year-old Cochrane native Robert Andre Doire on two charges of making child pornography available, three counts of possessing child pornography and one charge of accessing it.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in Cochrane on January 16th, 2018.
Currently, the OPP investigation is ongoing.
