Carey Price kicked aside 37 shots as the Montreal Canadiens edged the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-1. Montreal forward Brendan Gallagher scored his 10th goal of the season, which was his 200th career NHL point.
A 2-0 deficit wasn;t enough to keep Canada�s top team down. The Winnipeg Jets roared back for a 7-2 win against the Minnesota Wild. Kyle Conner, Blake Wheeler and Mark Scheifele each had a goal and an assist. With the win, the Jets now have 33 points on the season, good for 3rd overall in the NHL standings.

(NFL) The Baltimore Ravens slid into the final AFC wildcard slot with a 23-16 win over the Houston Texans. Neither quarterback had a touchdown pass last night. With the win, the Ravens tie Buffalo in the standings with a 6-5 record but Baltimore currently has the tiebreaker.
