Police have arrested a Toronto man on charges of driving under the influence in Hearst.
Officers responded to a call around 2:40am back on Sunday, November 12th to a swerving driver travelling along Front Street in Hearst.
Police say it was clear the man had consumed alcohol in an excessive amount as they arrived on scene.
Officers arrested the 43-year-old man on one charge of driving under the influence.
The accused will appear in court in Hearst on December 20th.
