Those looking to hit the snowmobile trails will have to wait a little bit longer.
The Timmins Snowmobile Club says the trails are still closed because there isn’t enough snow.
District President Gilbert Fortin says the weather needs to cool down more before they can start grooming the trails.
Fortin says this is a great time to make sure you have your snowmobiles up-to-date and your permits ready to go.

Fortin says you should stay off the trails until they are properly groomed and maintained.
He says this is a good time to ensure you have everything for the winter season, including your trail permit.
