(NHL) The Arizona Coyotes snapped the Maple leafs six game win streak, beating Toronto 4-1 at the ACC last night. In other action Calgary beat Washington 4-1 while Nashville skated to a 5-3 win over Winnipeg.
(NFL) The Atlanta Falcons hung on to beat the Seattle Seahawks 34-31 in the NFL Monday nighter. Atlanta won its second straight and handed Seattle their second consecutive home loss.
(NBA) The Toronto Raptors, DeMar DeRozan was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week the NBA announced yesterday. Over the four-game stretch, DeRozan averaged 26.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 6.0 assists, on 57 per cent shooting. The Raptors outscored opponents by 34 points with him on the floor.
