A Hearst man has been arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired.
Police responded to call around 3:30am on Sunday, October 29th to a man lying unconscious beside a running vehicle on Front Street in Hearst.
As officers arrived on scene they located a male in the driver seat of the vehicle who was clearly impaired by alcohol.
Police arrested the 21-year-old Hearst man on 3 charges, including care or control while impaired and having a blood alcohol level above zero for a youth driver.
The accused has been released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at court in Hearst on November 15th.
