As you get prepared to collect candy, the OPP wants to remind you of some tips to remain safe this Halloween.
OPP Media Officer Stephanie Belec says the police want to share tips to make sure you both those trick or treating and those driving are safe.
Belec says for those out collecting candy, make sure you are visible, double checking your treats and prepared for the weather.
She also says, as a driver, please be aware of children who may walk out onto the streets as they go about trick or treating.
The OPP wants to wish everyone in the Cochrane community a safe and happy Halloween.
