(MLB) The New York Yankees beat the Houston Astros 5-0 yesterday to take 3-2 lead in the AL Championship Series. Masahiro Tanaka pitched seven innings of three-hit ball for New York. In the National league the Chicago Cubs avoided the sweep, holding off the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 in Game 4 of the NL Championship Series.
