Iroquois Falls Residents Trying To Keep Access Transit Service Up And Running

A 20-year running bus service is doing all it can to keep itself ongoing.

Iroquois Falls’ Access Transit Bus has been in service for 20 years now and has been run as a community project in order to benefit the handicap as well as the elderly.

Fundraiser for the Access Transit Bus Carole Decaire says their Jackpine Firewood sale will see all proceeds go to the transit service.

Decaire says the service is the only available option for those who can’t get themselves from place to place on their own.

She says that is why they are constantly fundraising in order to keep the service up and running.

The Jackpine Firewood sale is ongoing in Iroquois Falls and for more information, you can contact Decaire directly.
