A cause is still unknown in the death of a Constance Lake First Nations child.
OPP say they have performed a post mortem examination of the body of a four-year-old along with the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service.
Police say the cause of death is still undetermined following the autopsy.
On September 9th, the 4-year-old girl was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Officers say that further medical testing will be required, so the investigation is still ongoing.
