The OPP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Kapuskasing man who is in breach of his parole.
26-year-old Sebastien Therrien is a federal offender serving a three year and one-month sentence for aggravated assault, break and enter and also wearing a disguise with intent.
Police describe him as an Indigenous male with black hair and brown eyes; he has a tattoo on his neck, one on his right forearm that reads ‘Urijah’, and a tattoo of the letters NWA on his left hand.
Officers say the offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area as well as Kapuskasing and are asking the public to be on the lookout for him.
Anyone who has information regarding this offender is being asked to contact the police.
