3rd Annual Hair-O-Thon Looks To Help Local 6 Year Old Battling With Leukemia

For a third straight year, Les Evenements Sans Frontiers is helping the family of a child struggling for their life.

This year, in partnership with hairdressers from the local community as well as businesses, shops, and local musicians, the 3^rd Annual Hair-O-Thon looks to raise funds for six year old Alexandre Belanger in his battle with Leukemia.

Les Evenements Sans Frontiers Coordinator Meereille Dubosq says to find sponsors for the event was not hard after she went around the community asking for help.

Dubosq says there are multiple ways you can donate to help Alex and his family.

The 3^rd Annual Hair-O-Thon will take place at Le Coeur Du Nord in Kapuskasing from 9:00am to 5:00pm this Sunday, August 27^th.
